Background

I went all-in on AI the summer ChatGPT launched.

Spent months building obsessively, then joined three agencies back-to-back — Width AI, Morningside AI, and VRSEN AI — specifically to learn how production AI systems actually get built and shipped.

Across those agencies and my independent work, I've built 30+ AI systems: agent platforms, voice stacks, RAG pipelines, document processing systems, multi-agent architectures.

I went independent in 2024 because I wanted to own the work.

Now I run Lascari AI out of Austin, focused on bespoke agentic systems with full observability — the kind where you know exactly what's happening at every step and exactly where to look when something breaks.
